Aims & Scope
The Wyoming Law Review publishes articles written by professors and practitioners from across the country, as well as case notes and comments written by students attending the University of Wyoming College of Law. The law review does not publish works written by students currently attending other law schools.
The law review seeks to provide the legal profession with scholarly materials of practical worth, while continuing to help educate students. In furtherance of these objectives, the law review consists of three divisions: Land and Water Law Division, Wyoming Law Division, and General Law Division.
