Symposium: An Analysis of the Public Land Law Review Commission Report
Editor's Note
Due to the significance of the subject covered in the present volume of the Land and Water Law Review, the Editorial staff has departed from the format used in previous issues. We have deleted the traditional divisions; namely, the Land and Water Division, and the Wyoming Division, and instead combined them in order to run the Trail Lake Conference's proceedings as a unit. This was done to accord the Conference the recognition and weight it deserves. It is also felt, from the viewpoint of the Wyoming Division, that an analysis of the public lands is of great significance and value to the Wyoming practitioner. Therefore, in effect, both areas, Land and Water and Wyoming, are included within the symposium discussion.
